Serendipity

My career is a rather incredible story with serendipitous beginnings, held together first by my love for people, second by burning purpose.

In 1989, during my graduate studies, I was invited to do leadership development project work for a global pharmaceutical company. I never dreamt it would blossom into a 30 year consulting career.

I'm humbled to have been an architect of people strategies, a designer of global initiatives, a partner to reimagine people processes, a creator of millions of pieces of content to develop human potential, prepare leaders to rise, and to transform the fabric of global organizations.

Nothing about my work was mine by design. I was invited in to help lift those often complex projects because my clients needed to improve, shift, streamline, grow, innovate, create new, and create new again.

Behind the Curtain

I’ve had the privilege of sitting shoulder-to-shoulder with inspiring executives, brilliant innovators, and global teams who shape strategy, create culture, forge new paths, and challenge what’s known.  From behind the curtain, I’ve been with them on the relentless quest for growth, transformation, disruption and results....results that matter to those they serve.

Behind the Curtain

I’ve had the privilege of sitting shoulder-to-shoulder with inspiring Fortune 100 executives, brilliant innovators, and global teams who shape strategy, create culture, forge new paths, and challenge what’s known.  From behind the curtain, I’ve been with them on the relentless quest for growth, transformation, disruption and results....results that matter to those they serve.

As my clients grew and companies transformed, I was asked to help figure out what the new could be. I’ve witnessed and shaped what it
truly looks like to develop, transform and integrate global, complex organizations, to connect the dots, collaborate to execute layers

of plans, and to do so with the development of human potential and performance at the core. Together, we’ve found new ways to integrate people processes, groom leadership/executive talent, and create ways of working when the existing ways weren’t.

Mergers, Acquisitions, Transformations, oh my

Art and Science

This is an important business, the business of developing people, teams and organizations. It’s both art and science, process and intuition, collaboration and culture.

Innovative Stewards

When we do our jobs well, we are innovative stewards of strategy and human performance:

  • We collaborate and get what matters most done.

  • We honor differences and enable people to grow  exponentially.

  • We create environments where people trust, give of their talents to change the world, change the business, change outcomes, change behavior, and change minds.

  • We foster cultures that serve those people: creative, agile places of work that move their ideas into reality, and celebrate their triumphs.

  • We look outside our organizations to take care of our communities, our families, and our beautiful Earth.

Shaping the Future

I remain forever grateful to have had impact at such an unimaginable scope and scale.

Yet, the issues organizations face today, the issues that challenge humans, require the same burning purpose and commitment, no matter the scope and scale.

Like everyone else, there have been amazing people, tragic events, and incredible experiences that have shaped my life. I’ve been given immeasurable gifts and have developed great strength.

My insatiable appetite for learning and creating is unwavering, and my resolve to significantly impact humanity continues to grow.

As I'm called upon to solve problems and help shape the future with my clients, I've also embarked on a fun, intentional entrepreneurial venture with my family.

Does it get much better than that? ✨

Lucky Doesn't begin to describe it photo

There's always a way.
